I'm 37 and have been married to my patient and understanding wife Eileen for 10 years. We met at college (Catholic University) where I majored in electrical engineering. We have two sons, Brian (five) and Kevin (three).

After graduation I worked as a Failure Analysis Engineer for NASA outside of Washington for six years. We lived in a new townhouse that needed no work but had nothing to love. We moved to Reading, Massachusetts in 1993 when I came to work at Analog Devices, where I'm a Senior Product Engineer.

We first bought an 1873 Second Empire victorian that had been converted to a two-family house, and promptly converted it back to a single-family. Five years ago we saw our current (and final!) house go up for sale and made the two-block move. It also had been converted to a two-family house, and we are slowly but surely restoring it to its original condition.

When I'm not being an engineer, spending time with my family, or working on my house, I occasionally play the flute. I like, but don't have enough time for, reading and music of the classical, jazz, or blues types.
